Shri PMS Prasad - Executive Director

Shri PMS Prasad has been appointed as a Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from August 21, 2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has been with the Company for 28 years. He has been recognized as one of the finest professionals in the energy industry. Presently, he heads the Petroleum upstream and refining business, which comprises exploration and production and refinery supply and trading. Over the years, he has held various positions in the fibres, petrochemicals and petroleum business of the Company. He was also the project head of the Jamnagar refinery and petrochemicals complex. He was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree by the University of Petroleum Engineering Studies, Dehradun.

Shri PMS Prasad is a director of Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited, Reliance Petroinvestments Limited, Reliance Commercial Dealers Limited, Reliance Gas Corporation Limited, Reliance Gas Transportation and Infrastructure Limited and several Private Limited Companies. He is member of Audit Committee of Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited and Reliance Gas Transportation and Infrastructure Limited.
