Processing Tips
- Ideal Texturing Speeds # 600 mpm
- The draw ratio should be adjusted to achieve
25 % final elongation.
- Textured yarn generally has tenacity of
3.6-4.0.
- Polyurethane friction discs are preferable.
D/Y ratio should be adjusted to achieve tension
ratio T2/T1 of 0.5-0.6
- Lower temperature at the primary heater
175-190
- Lower temperature at the secondary heater
(165-175)
- Take up tension as low as possible
Easy
Dyeable
- Recron® Easy
Dyeable Yarn is a yarn that can be dyed at
boiling temperature and at atmospheric pressure
(Open bath).
- Normal Polyester yarns require a high
temperature and high pressure dyeing equipment.
Besides they can be dyed only by disperse dyes
- Recron® Easy
Dyeable Yarns can be dyed by both Disperse as
well as Cationic Dyes in open bath.
- Can be hand printed as well can be printed
on cold table.
- Are softer than those made from normal
polyester yarns
