Applications
Writing and printing
paper
- Improves properties such as tear, tensile,
burst and bulk. This enables the mill to either
withdraw expensive long fibre or add extra
fillers (increase ash content) to reduce making
cost.
- Increased ash content improves opacity and
smoothness of paper.
Packaging
paper
- Helps increase properties like tear, tensile
and bursting strength. This allows usage of
lower GSM, bringing cost benefit to both the
User and the Manufacturer.
Multi-layer Board (Duplex
Board)
- Gives substantial increase in stiffness.
- Helps in increasing brightness and opacity
in the top layer, economically.
News Print
- Addition of Recron© 3s increases the tear
factor of Newsprint, which is very critical in
this type of paper.
