Re-fluff your pillows
by hand everyday, so that it regains its
original shape.
Wash your pillows occasionally in warm
water (about 50-
600C) to kill any dust-mites present inside. |

Replace your quilts
if:
It is heavy and lumpy.
It takes very long to warm up.
It feels very hot.
Has lost its shape and fluffiness.
It causes you skin irritation. |

Quilt should be filled with soft, silky,
fluffy fibrefill.
It should be light and breathable.
It should be stitched with patterns, which are
neither very big nor very small.
It should be even without lumps.
Fabric should be of good quality to make sure
fibrefill does not come out of it. |

Buy more than one quilt covers for each quilt.
So that you can wash the covers instead of
quilts when they become dirty. It also adds to
the decorating value of your quilt.
Get them laundered occasionally instead of
washing at home as domestic washing machines
are normally too small to accommodate quilts.

on it.

too hard nor too soft, and without any

Make sure that mattress fabric is of

sides at regular intervals to minimise

formation.
Also make the mattress upside down
and vice versa at

5. Make your own pillow |

Here are some fabulous
tips to make your own pillow at an economical
cost:
Buy opened Recron Fibrefill in siliconised
type. You can
choose either 6 Denier or 15 Denier Recron
Fibrefill.
Insert uniformly in pillow cover fabric
(Click here to know the filling
quantity).
Stitch the open side and even out the pillow by mild beating or hand fluffing.
