REAL has successfully implemented Mega Projects
like the world's largest Grass-Root Refinery
at Jamnagar, Petrochemical Plant, Ports, large
office complexes and has recently laid a countrywide
network of optical fiber.
Reliance owns a wide & versatile fleet
of construction equipment and is expanding
the fleet for the forthcoming projects. With
the proposed expansion, Reliance would become
one of largest construction equipment fleet
owner in the world with an investment of Rs.
1250 Crores. The fleet consists of -
1. Mechanical Engineers:
a) Candidates with hands-on experience in
preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance,
repairs, overhaul of equipments, spare parts
planning, failure analysis, & trouble-shooting
of Construction equipments like Excavators,
Rock Breakers, Pipe layer ,Horizontal Auger
Machine, Wheel Loaders, Vibro rollers, Batching
Plants, Transit Mixers, Boom Placers, Forklifts,
Air compressors, DG sets, Tippers, Trailers,
Trucks, Water Tankers etc.
b) Candidates must have expertise on Hydraulic
& Crawler CRANES of capacities ranging
- from 8T to 1000T, be well versed with common
crane terminologies , operations & maintenance
of cranes, in depth Knowledge of Preventive/Predictive/Breakdown
maintenance of cranes, Crane selection/ Rigging
studies, Heavy crane rigging & logistics.
2. Electronics/ Electrical Engineers:
Experience in Construction Equipment Electronics;
especially on Cranes & Batching Plants,
Auto electricals on equipments, repairs/maintenance
of DG sets, Light masts, Welding machinery
etc. Should have knowledge in repairs, maintenance,
trouble shooting of electrical systems &
electronics in Construction equipment. Knowledge
of PLC, PCB, Panel Boards & a very good
understanding of electronics circuit is essential.
For positions under Sr. 1 &2:
Experience required - 10 to 25 yrs for Diploma
holders and 5 to 20 yrs for Degree holders.
Candidates must also have demonstrable skills
in man management, Planning, Organizing, Spares
part management & Cost control.
Ex-Servicemen with similar kind of background
will also be considered.
Candidates with 5- 15 yrs experience in Contracts,
Purchase, Hiring, Business development, Accounting,
Budget/MIS functions of a Construction Equipment
business or any related industry. Applicants
should possess excellent techno-commercial
and leadership skills.
Candidates with Engineering background and
/ or MBA/CA/ICWA will be preferred.
