Job Requirements
18-20 years experience in commercial areas
such asBudgeting, Cashflow, Project MIS,
Project Accounting and Finance & Banking
with:
a) Stress on preparation, review, monitoring,
reporting and control of budgets, forecasts,
cashflow, MIS and ability to work at a
Senior Level setting up and Running the
Project Budget Cell.
b) Experience in Project Evaluation, Profitability
Models, Project Financing, sound Knowledge
of commodity prices, indices, pricing
practices in Heavy engineering / Metallurgical
industries. Knowledge and working of process
plants in industries such as Oil &
Gas, Petroleum Refining, Petrochemicals,
Polymers, Plastics, etc. will be an added
advantage.
c) Ability to finalize and administer
work breakdown structure for the project,
devise project accounting cost codes,
cost centres, fund centres, equipment
identification tags, stock codes, part
numbers, etc.
d) Experience in all aspects of banking,
foreign exchange transactions / hedging,
letters of credit administration etc.
e) Experience in specialized financing
such as EXIM especially in back office
functions like documentations etc.
Candidate Profile
i) Chartered Accountant or Engineer from
a reputed School / University such as
IIT/REC/BITS or preferably with PGDM/MBA
ii) Ability to go into details, 'Hands
On' and close critical issues on solution

Job Requirements
18-20 years experience in Procurement
& Contracting, Financial Structures
for big contracts, Direct and Indirect
taxes, Insurance, Logistics, and Customs
Clearing and with:
a) Stress on services to Project Procurement
Team in contract / deal negotiations,
financial structures / settlements and
tax optimisation.
b) Ability to work as a Senior Commercial
Manager to lead all Reliance project procurement
negotiations and other contract negotiations,
and settle Financial & Commercial
aspects such as price break downs,
taxes, all major terms and conditions
of procurement including warranties and
liabilities, payment terms, shipment terms
and ensuring continues monitoring of vendors
/ contractors during project stage.
c) Aptitude to communicate effectively
with and offer strategic inputs to the
Top Management.
d) Experience in finalizing deals with
international vendors / contractors.
e) Ability to put in place innovative
least cost financing structures for high
value project equipment supplies / contracts

b) Ability to bring in discipline across
project departments for adhering to work
breakdown structure, cost codes, cost
centres, fund centres, and ability to
monitor commitment against budgets with
proper checks and balances.
c) Aptitude for ensuring project material
reconciliation and accounting for consumption
/ erection costs and inventories, allocation
of these costs for building Fixed Asset
Register.
d) Very good knowledge of commodity prices,

/ Metallurgical industries. Knowledge
and working of process plants in industries
such as Oil & Gas, Petroleum Refining,
Petrochemicals, Polymers, Plastics, etc.
