P.M.S Prasad has been a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director of the Company since August 21, 2009. He has been with Reliance for more than 40 years, holding various senior positions in the Fibres, Petrochemicals, Refining & Marketing, Exploration & Production and New Energy businesses of Reliance. Over the years, he has helped build the group’s manufacturing assets and businesses, steered the execution of digital transformation strategies within the group and is actively involved in RIL’s clean energy initiatives in the field of Green Chemicals, Green Hydrogen and Biofuels.
P.M.S Prasad, as the Project Director, led the conceptualization and record-time implementation of the world’s largest refinery along with world-scale Paraxylene & Polypropylene plants and Power & Port facilities at Jamnagar. Under his leadership, RIL has successfully developed and commissioned the first five (5) deep/ultra-deepwater Oil & Gas fields of India in Krishna Godavari Basin over the last 15 years which are currently contributing 30% of India’s natural gas supply.
P.M.S Prasad holds bachelor’s degrees in Science from Osmania university and in Engineering from Anna university. He is recognized for his expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning within the energy sector with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and sustainable practices in this domain. He was awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Indian petroleum sector. He has also been conferred the Energy Executive of the Year 2008 award by Petroleum Economist in recognition of his leadership in diversifying RIL from a Petrochemicals group into a successful vertically diversified Exploration & Production and Refinery & Marketing business.
P.M.S Prasad is a Director on the Board of Network18 Media & Investments Limited, Reliance BP Mobility Limited, Viacom 18 Media Private Limited and Reliance Commercial Dealers Limited. He is a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and Risk Management Committee of Reliance Industries Limited. He is also a member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship of Network18 Media & Investments Limited. He is also a member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Viacom 18 Media Private Limited and holds the Chairmanship of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Reliance BP Mobility Limited.

NIKHIL R. MESWANI (DIN 00001620) is a chemical engineer and the son of Rasiklal Meswani, one of the Founder Directors of the Company. He joined Reliance in 1986, and since July 01, 1988, he has been a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, on the Board of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the petrochemicals division and has made major contributions towards Reliance becoming a global leader in petrochemicals. Between 1997 and 2005, he handled the refinery business of the Company. In addition, he continues to shoulder several other corporate responsibilities, such as Corporate Affairs and Group Taxation. He is also involved in the affairs of Reliance-owned Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket franchise Mumbai Indians, Indian Super League (ISL), and other sports initiatives of the Company.
He has been honoured by the Institute of Economic Studies, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and the Textile Association (India), Ministry of Textiles. He has also been honoured by the FICCI for his distinguished contribution to the petrochemicals industry.
He was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2005 and remains an active participant in the activities of the Forum. He is also Vice-Chairman of Senior Advisory Board for South-Asia of the Forum. He is also a member of an alliance of CEO Action Leaders in India, launched by WEF.
For over a decade, ICIS – a leading chemical industry magazine – has ranked Nikhil Meswani among the Top 40 Global Power Players in the chemical industry.
He is a member of the Board of Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, a member of National Council of CII, and also a managing committee member of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations. He is also the former President of the Association of Synthetic Fibre Industry. He was the youngest Chairman of the Asian Chemical Fibre Industries Federation.
Nikhil Meswani is a member of Global Advisory Council of Harvard University, USA, and a member of the visiting committee of the Dean for engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, and a distinguished alumnus of the same.
He is a member of Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance Committee, Finance Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee of Reliance Industries Limited. He is also a director of Reliance Commercial Dealers Limited.

HITAL R. MESWANI (DIN 00001623) is a Management & Technology graduate from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in the USA. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, UPenn, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the Wharton Business School. He joined Reliance in 1990 and is the son of Rasiklal Meswani, one of the Founder Directors of the Company.
He is on the Board of the Company as Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, since August 4, 1995. His overall responsibility spans the Petroleum Refining and Marketing Business, Petrochemicals Manufacturing, and several corporate functions of the company, including Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology, and Capital Projects Execution. He has been involved with almost all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey. He was instrumental in the execution of the world-class petrochemicals complex at Hazira and the mammoth Reliance Jamnagar Refinery complex, the largest in the world at any single location. He also led a company-wide business transformation initiative, which has resulted in the development of the constitution of RIL – the Reliance Management System.
He has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) – the international professional body for chemical, biochemical and process engineers in recognition of his contribution to the process industries. He is a recipient of the prestigious ‘The 2011 D. Robert Yarnall Award’ from The Engineering Alumni Society of UPenn. He was conferred the Honorary CEPM-PMA Fellowship Award for Project Management Excellence. He is also a Member of the Board of Management – Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
He is a member of the Finance Committee, the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and the Risk Management Committee and is Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee of the Company.

He is the Chairman of the Audit and Corporate and Social Responsibility Committees and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of The Indian Film Combine Private Limited. Anant M. Ambani (DIN: 07945702) is an Indian business leader and serves as a Director on the Boards of Jio Platforms Limited since March 2020, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited since May 2022 and Reliance New Energy Limited and Reliance New Solar Energy Limited since June 2021. He also serves on the Board of Reliance Foundation since September 2022.
