K. V. Kamath (DIN: 00043501) is an Indian banker. Having started his career in 1971 at ICICI. In 1988, he moved to the Asian Development Bank and spent several years in South East Asia before returning to the ICICI as its Managing Director and CEO in 1996 and post its merger into ICICI Bank, was Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Bank.
Under his leadership, ICICI Bank transformed itself into a diversified, technology-driven financial services group across banking, insurance, and asset management in India with a global presence.
He retired as Managing Director and CEO in 2009 and continued as the Chairman of ICICI Bank until 2015.

Dr. Shumeet Banerji (DIN 02787784) is the founder of Condorcet LP, an advisory and investment firm focused on early and development stage technology companies.

P.M.S Prasad, as the Project Director, led the conceptualization and record-time implementation of the world’s largest refinery along with world-scale Paraxylene & Polypropylene plants and Power & Port facilities at Jamnagar. Under his leadership, RIL has successfully developed and commissioned the first five (5) deep/ultra-deepwater Oil & Gas fields of India in Krishna Godavari Basin over the last 15 years which are currently contributing 30% of India’s natural gas supply.
P.M.S Prasad holds bachelor’s degrees in Science from Osmania university and in Engineering from Anna university. He is recognized for his expertise in project management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning within the energy sector with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and sustainable practices in this domain. He was awarded an honorary doctorate degree by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Indian petroleum sector. He has also been conferred the Energy Executive of the Year 2008 award by Petroleum Economist in recognition of his leadership in diversifying RIL from a Petrochemicals group into a successful vertically diversified Exploration & Production and Refinery & Marketing business.

NIKHIL R. MESWANI (DIN 00001620) is a chemical engineer and the son of Rasiklal Meswani, one of the Founder Directors of the Company. He joined Reliance in 1986, and since July 01, 1988, he has been a Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director, on the Board of the Company. He is primarily responsible for the petrochemicals division and has made major contributions towards Reliance becoming a global leader in petrochemicals. Between 1997 and 2005, he handled the refinery business of the Company. In addition, he continues to shoulder several other corporate responsibilities, such as Corporate Affairs and Group Taxation. He is also involved in the affairs of Reliance-owned Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket franchise Mumbai Indians, Indian Super League (ISL), and other sports initiatives of the Company.
He has been honoured by the Institute of Economic Studies, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, and the Textile Association (India), Ministry of Textiles. He has also been honoured by the FICCI for his distinguished contribution to the petrochemicals industry.

His overall responsibility spans the Petroleum Refining and Marketing Business, Petrochemicals Manufacturing, and several corporate functions of the company, including Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Research & Technology, and Capital Projects Execution. He has been involved with almost all mega initiatives of the group through its growth journey. He was instrumental in the execution of the world-class petrochemicals complex at Hazira and the mammoth Reliance Jamnagar Refinery complex, the largest in the world at any single location. He also led a company-wide business transformation initiative, which has resulted in the development of the constitution of RIL – the Reliance Management System.
He has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) – the international professional body for chemical, biochemical and process engineers in recognition of his contribution to the process industries.
